SIA in Running Status, but Cannot Connect
I’m facing a strange issue in BO Central Configuration Manager. The SIA shows status as Running. However, I cannot connect to it using client, error saying “Server is not Running”.
Also, in CCM when I click on “Update Objects”, it asks for user credentials, then throws the same error that “Server is not Running”.
I’m not sure where to check the error log for this. Any ideas on what might be wrong?
Any tips on debugging this issue are highly appreciated. (Although please note that I’m rather a noob in BO server matters, so kindly elaborate your suggestions. )
